Our Story

Fibonacci Brewing Company is a nanobrewery and urban farm with an onsite Airbnb. We choose to source locally for the majority of our beers through local farms and ingredients grown onsite and foraged nearby. We have goats, chickens, and honeybees on-site as part of our urban farm.

We strive to offer local ingredients in at least 90% of our beers by partnering with local farms, foraging, or producing our own. Some of our partners include Running Creek Farm, Turner Farm, Old Dutch Hop Farm, Ohio Valley Hop Farm, Lobenstein Farm, Bee Haven, Route 9 Cooperative, Rural Action, Appalachian Staple Foods Collaborative, and more.

Over the last two and a half years we have distributed around 1,500 books. 📚📖 We also participate in the Read in Color initiative. Less than 25% of children’s books depict non-white characters. We believe everyone should be able to see themselves in the pages of a book. We also know that books can be a window into experiences that are different from our own.
